Vanderbilt Lacrosse Summer Elite Camp

July 6-8, 2020

Girls Grade: Rising 8th-12th grade

Vanderbilt Girls Lacrosse Summer Camp: This camp is geared towards all Lacrosse skill range ages 12 -18. It will focus on skills, position play and team concepts with an overall intense level of competition. This camp is open to any and all entrants. (Limited only by number, age, grade, level and/or gender.)

Price: $660 (overnight - Must be 13 to be an overnight camper) $560 (commuter)

Time: Check in is at 11:00 am for overnighters -12:00 pm Commuters Registration will be online and will end on July 1st

Location: Lacrosse/ Soccer Complex 2601 Jess Neely Drive, Nashville TN 37212

Directions: From the north, take I-65 to I-40 west and then look for I-40 east to exit 209B. Turn right on Broadway. From the east or south, take I-40 west to exit 209A. Turn left on Broadway. From the west, take I-40 east to exit 209B. Turn right on Broadway (US 70S). Follow Broadway and veer right to West End Avenue. Vanderbilt is located on the left after you cross over 21st Avenue.

Parking: Please Park in the 25th Avenue Garage visitor parking. You will have to use the pay machine to pay for your parking space. We cannot guarantee your car is OK if parked anywhere else on campus. We do not hold the authority to have parking tickets dropped. If you are commuting and driving yourself you need to let the camp director know prior to the first day.

Camp Details: July 6th -overnight camper check in begins at 11am, commuter check in begins at noon .  2 sessions on July 6th.  July 7th – 3 sessions, July 8th -2 sessions with check out at 3:00pm 

Release of Liability and Medical Coverage: The Vanderbilt University athletic training staff will be responsible for conservative treatment of injuries and illness that arise during a camp session. This would consist of evaluation, treatment and return to play or referral to emergency room for further diagnosis and care. The athletic trainer will communicate medical situation or status to camp directors and parents/legal guardians. Access to forms requesting medical coverage and a release of liability are on website. No camper will be permitted to participate without these forms.

Refund Policy: Cancellation fee is $100. You will be refunded the remaining balance if you cancel on or before June 30th, 2020. Cancellations July 1 and after will NOT be refunded. Active Fees are non refundable.  Cancellations must be received by email to vulacrossecamp@vanderbilt.edu  (please list that email instead of my lisa.gracey email).  Still a $100 cancellation fee and no refund if cancelling after July 1, 2020.
