Vanderbilt Lacrosse Summer Elite Camp

Girls Ages: 12 and Under Day Camp Only ; Ages 13-18 Overnight or Day Camp

Vanderbilt Girls Lacrosse Summer Camp: This camp is geared towards all Lacrosse skill range ages 12 -18. It will focus on skills, position play and team concepts with an overall intense level of competition. This camp is open to any and all entrants. (Limited only by number, age, grade, level and/or gender.)

Price: $635 (overnight) $560 (commuter)

Time: Check in is at 11:00 am for overnighters -12:00 pm Commuters Registration will be online and will end on July 1st

Location: Lacrosse/ Soccer Complex 2601 Jess Neely Drive, Nashville TN 37212

Directions: From the north, take I-65 to I-40 west and then look for I-40 east to exit 209B. Turn right on Broadway. From the east or south, take I-40 west to exit 209A. Turn left on Broadway. From the west, take I-40 east to exit 209B. Turn right on Broadway (US 70S). Follow Broadway and veer right to West End Avenue. Vanderbilt is located on the left after you cross over 21st Avenue.

Parking: Please Park in the 25th Avenue Garage visitor parking. You will have to use the pay machine to pay for your parking space. We cannot guarantee your car is OK if parked anywhere else on campus. We do not hold the authority to have parking tickets dropped. If you are commuting and driving yourself you need to let the camp director know prior to the first day.

Camp Details: There will be 2 sessions on July 8th, 3 sessions on July 9th and 2 sessions on the 10th. Camp will end at 7 pm on July 8 and 9.  Camp will conclude by 3:00pm on July 10th.  If you are flying out of Nashville, we suggest making flight reservations after 5pm on the 10th. Commuters should be dropped off at the dorms 30 minutes prior to the first session begins (time TBD). Commuters will be picked up at the dorms at the end of the night session. Meals will be provided for all campers.

Release of Liability and Medical Coverage: The Vanderbilt University athletic training staff will be responsible for conservative treatment of injuries and illness that arise during a camp session. This would consist of evaluation, treatment and return to play or referral to emergency room for further diagnosis and care. The athletic trainer will communicate medical situation or status to camp directors and parents/legal guardians. Access to forms requesting medical coverage and a release of liability are on website. No camper will be permitted to participate without these forms.

Refund Policy: Cancellation fee is $100. You will be refunded the remaining balance if you cancel on or before June 30th, 2019. Cancellations July 1 and after will NOT be refunded. Questions and Concerns: Lisa Gracey at
